10. This element of the Promotion applies to all Prepaid and Postpaid Customers excludingthose Customers who subscribe to the following plans - Postpaid Free Nights &Weekend Calls, VIP Talk, Talk Unlimited Calls, Prepaid Free Nights and Corporate CUG. Inaddition, Special Corporates and WiMAX customers are excluded from this element ofthe Promotion.11. In order to qualify for this element of the Promotion the Customer must make a five (5)minute Chargeable call to a local Digicel number charged at Digicel’s normal calling rateand then the Customer will receive the next 25 minutes of that same call free. On netcalls made using ‘bonus credit’ free minutes from any other promotion such as, but notlimited to Double Bubble do not qualify for this element of the Promotion.12. An example of this element of the Promotion is if a customer makes a call for 60minutes, only 10 minutes of the call will be chargeable as shown below:5 minutes - Chargeable25 minutes - Free5 minutes - Chargeable25 minutes - FreeTotal Call Minutes: 60Total Free Minutes: 50Total Chargeable Minutes: 1013. Toll Free Numbers and Premium Number and Promotional Numbers are excluded fromthis element of the Promotion.14. Calls that are a part of any other discounted call offer are excluded from this element ofthe Promotion.15. This element of the Promotion does not apply when the Customer is roamingFree After Five On-Net Text Messages16. This element of the Promotion applies to all Prepaid and Postpaid Customers exceptthose Customers who have a Bulk SMS agreement with Digicel.17. In order to qualify for this element of the Promotion Customers must send five (5)billable text messages within one day during the Promotion Period, i.e. between thehours of 12:00am to 11:59pm each day.18. If the Customer qualifies they will be eligible for 100 free local Digicel to local Digiceltext messages within the same 24 hour period of qualification.19. The Free text messages do not roll over to the next day.
20. Once the Customer has sent 100 free local Digicel to local Digicel SMS the following textmessage will be chargeable at the normal rate.21. Customers who are subscribers to VIP Text, Business SMS, VIP Talk & VIP Talk Unlimitedcan still benefit from this element of the Promotion if they send 5 billable text messagesto persons outside of their CUG or plan.22. Customers who benefit from Postpaid Free Nights & Weekends can only benefit fromthis element of the Promotion if they send the 5 billable text messages outside of the“Free Nights and Weekend”, i.e. if they send 5 billable text messages during theweekdays.23. Text messages sent whilst roaming are excluded from this Promotion.24. NB A text message is considered as a message that is 160 characters or less and is billedin blocks of 160 characters.Free Nights25. This element of the Promotion is available to all Prepaid Customers, and Hybrid andDual Account holders.26. Calls included in other special promotions such as VIP Talk Unlimited, VIP Talk, Friends &Family Night Owl are not eligible for this promotion.27. If a Customer adds J$200 or more credit to their phone during the Day, then they will beentitled to Free Nights from Digicel.28. For the purposes of this promotion, “the Day” means between the hours of 12:00am to9:00pm.29. To qualify for the promotion, a Customer must add credit to their phone, during theDay; credit added must be J$200 or more.30. Customers can only use their free minutes at Night and the free minutes must be usedthe night of the day it was earned or the Customer will lose them.31. The free minutes will not roll-over to the following night.32. Hybrid and Dual Account holders who qualify must dial *949 before they make theirfree call otherwise the call will be charged at normal rates.33. For the purposes of this promotion “Night’ is from 11:00pm to 6:00am34. Customers can only use their free minutes to call other Digicel numbers.35. Customers must make those calls whilst in Jamaica as this element of the Promotiondoes not apply whilst roaming.36. During the promotion period call conferencing will be disabled each night.Gimme Five Million Dollars37. This element of the Promotion applies to both Prepaid & Postpaid Digicel Customersexcept as set out herein.38. This element of the Promotion runs from Monday 1 March 2010 until Wednesday 31March 2010 “the Promotion Period”.
