GIMME 5 INTERNATIONAL CALLS – FAQ’s1. What is the “Talk for 5 Get 25 Free International” Promotion?The promotion gives Digicel customers the opportunity to call selectinternational destinations, pay for the first 5 minutes of the call and get the next25 minutes on the same call free!!For every 5 minutes on the call the customer will receive 25 free minutes.2. What is the promotional period?The promotion starts 12:00:01 on Monday March 1, 2010 for prepaid andpostpaid customers.Talk for 5 Get 25 Free International will end at 11:59:59pm on Wednesday March31, 2010 for both prepaid and postpaid customers.
3. Who is this promotion for?The promotion is for Digicel prepaid, hybrid, dual and postpaid subscribers whocall the international destinations included in the promotion and talk for morethan 5 minutes on a call.4. What customers are not eligible for the promotion?Customers who are on an active Digicel International Call Plan are not eligible forthe promotion.In addition, the promotional offering does not apply to Special Corporate andWiMAX customers.5. How does the promotion work?Call any of the select international destinations included in the promotion andthe call will be rated at the regular rate for the first 5 minutes (17.75 per Min).After the first 5 minutes, the next 25 minutes of the call are free!If a call continues past the free 25 minutes then the next 5 minutes arechargeable and the next 25 are free and so on; charging is in a cycle.Example: See Below the cycle for an International call lasting 60mins.5 minutes Chargeable25 minutes Free5 minutes Chargeable
