Entry-level SectionThe graduate will have the option <strong>of</strong> participating in the commencement ceremony subsequent todegree completion to receive the signed diploma.Degree AuditThe Registrar’s <strong>of</strong>fice reviews each student’s academic record to ensure all academic requirements havebeen met in order <strong>for</strong> a student to graduate. These <strong>for</strong>ms are placed in the student’sfile <strong>for</strong> record keeping purposes.AWARDSOutstanding OT, PT and FLEX <strong>St</strong>udent AwardsEach <strong>of</strong> the First Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Degree programs recognizes an outstanding student <strong>of</strong> the respectivegraduating class. This award is based upon the same criteria listed below and is given to the graduatingstudent whose characteristics most support either the OT or PT program mission statement. Theoutstanding OT student award is chosen by a combined vote <strong>of</strong> his or her fellow classmates and programfaculty.
