To be able to carry out the role effectively SENCOs must have a goodunderstanding of their role and responsibilities and the legislation which underpin these.Task links to learning outcome 1, assessment criteria 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5.You have applied for the role of Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).
