A proposed clarification was submitted to Washingtonand the Washington Office decided that it would be acceptable.The form <strong>of</strong> supplemental agreement has been submitted to the CityCommission <strong>of</strong> Norman, and the Commission authorized execution on behalf <strong>of</strong>the City.The form <strong>of</strong> supplemental agreement has been examinedby Dean Adviserto the Acting Earl President, Sneed, - who served in' August as Legaland.he has approved the agreement as to'formHe recommended that the Board <strong>of</strong> Regents authorize the <strong>of</strong>ficers<strong>of</strong> the Board to execute the supplemental agreement on behalf <strong>of</strong> 'the Board<strong>of</strong> Regents, .
