A proposed clarification was submitted to Washingtonand the Washington Office decided that it would be acceptable.The form of supplemental agreement has been submitted to the CityCommission of Norman, and the Commission authorized execution on behalf ofthe City.The form of supplemental agreement has been examinedby Dean Adviserto the Acting Earl President, Sneed, - who served in' August as Legaland.he has approved the agreement as to'formHe recommended that the Board of Regents authorize the officersof the Board to execute the supplemental agreement on behalf of 'the Boardof Regents, .
