2KILGORE FACILITIESStream-Flo USA Inc., established in March 2005, is a state-of-the-art wellhead and christmas treemanufacturing facility located in Kilgore, Texas, USA. 4QA/QC DEPARTMENTThe quality systems at Stream-Flo conform and arecertifi ed to API Q1 and ISO/TS 29001 quality programs.Stream-Flo also holds an API 6A license.Quality functions include but are not limited toinstructions, procedures, specifi cations, processcontrol, procurement, internal and external audits,and inspection and testing.In-house quality control includes dimensional inspection, visual weld inspection and hardness testing.Ultrasonics, radiography and other non-destructive examinations are performed by approved subcontractors.

TESTING FACILITIES5Our testing facilities are equipped with:• 3 independent test bays• high pressure 30,000 psi hydrostatic andnitrogen gas testing facilitiesHOUSTON ENGINEERINGIn August of 2005, Stream-Flo USA Inc. established our Houstonengineering offi ce based in The Woodlands, Texas, with a seniorengineering team that has more than 100 years of oil fi eld engineeringexperience.
