EW was per<strong>for</strong>med in order to extract metallic copper from leaching solution.<br />

Optimal EW conditions are shown in Table 3, while obtained copper deposit is<br />

illustrated in Figure 2.<br />

According to presented optimal <strong>process</strong>ing parameters, block diagram <strong>for</strong><br />

hydrometallurgical recovery <strong>of</strong> base and precious <strong>metals</strong>, using selective leaching<br />

agents from WPCBs was developed. Block diagram <strong>for</strong> hydrometallurgical <strong>process</strong>ing<br />

<strong>of</strong> WPCBs using sulfuric acid and thiourea leaching is shown on Figure 3.<br />
