The six/seven-week camp will provide each athlete with a program gearedtowards improving his or her athletic ability (strength, explosiveness, speed,agility, conditioning). Each session will be conducted by a highly qualifiedPerformance Training Coach and contain the following elements: dynamicwarm-up/mobility, core training, expert instruction in the major strength andpower movements, explosive jump training, as well as speed/agility/metabolicconditioning with varying emphasis determined by sport. Since their inception in 2001, over35,000 campers have attended our camps to help improve their skills. The goalof GameBreaker Lacrosse camps is to help each athlete improve — no matterwhat their playing ability, through great coaching and healthy competition.GameBreaker focuses on giving each camper individual attention.
