Child Care served 96 children in April for a total <strong>of</strong> 2,112 days <strong>of</strong> child careuring the month and <strong>20</strong>,423 days <strong>of</strong> child care year-to-date.BOYS CLUB BUSY!The Boys Club is very busy this time <strong>of</strong> year. The Club is preparing to closeut the fiscal year on June 30. Budget preparations for the new fiscal year are underway,nsurance proposals are being submitted and the preliminary audit has begun. All <strong>of</strong>his is taking place in addition to the many awards ceremonies and activities being heldt the school. Please be sure to show your support for our youth as they wind down the009-10 school year and make preparations for the summer.JOB OPPORTUNITIESThe Child Care Department is advertising for a Lead Teacher, a Teacher Assisantand two Teacher Aides for Agelink. Please see the employment section <strong>of</strong> the Oneeather for details.BOYS CLUB ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENTThe Club’s Administrative Department includes the Administrative Manager,ssistant Administrative Manager, Audit and Finance Manager, Human Resources Cordinator,Computer System Analyst, Payroll Officer, Payroll Assistant and Switchboardperator/Administrative Clerk. They provide fiscal, technological and HR/Payroll Servcesfor the entire Club and the <strong>Cherokee</strong> Central School System. This department coninuesto upgrade their computer system so they may continue to increase efficiency.he department has a very experienced and well-trained staff with a combined total <strong>of</strong>pproximately 135 years <strong>of</strong> dedicated service to the Boys Club and the <strong>Cherokee</strong> comunity.They strive to and continue to operate with great efficiency and pr<strong>of</strong>essionalism.The Administrative budget is less than 2% <strong>of</strong> the total Club budget.
