CPR/AED for the Professional Challenge(For the health care provider or lifeguard)A challenge or test out is open to anyone with or without currentcertification (certain restrictions apply). Participants are required topass a written test and accurately demonstrate any skills that mayapply, without review or help from any instructor. If challenging outfor CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, please indicate if it is forLifeguarding (1 year – you can not receive a 2 year for lifeguardingCPR requirements), or healthcare provider/emergency responseteam member (2 year). Challenges take approximately an hour tocomplete. All challenges are taken by appointment only andrequires payment at time of appointment. NO REFUNDS if you donot pass the test. Those under the age of six must be able to swimthe crawl or backstroke 25 yards (1 lap). Each swimmer must beable to swim 25 yards without assistance. THIS IS NOT A LEARN-TO-SWIM PROGRAM. Instruction and conditioning are provided forcompetitive swimming and diving. The team participates in twoleagues: COSA, which is for swimmers new to the sport or stilldeveloping their skills, and GCSL, which is for competitive swimmersand divers to test themselves against the best in Central Ohio.
