The Concessionaire shall remove promptly from theProject Highway all surplus construction machineryand materials, waste materials (including hazardousmaterials and waste water), rubbish and other debris(including, without limitation, accident debris) andkeep the Project Highway in a clean, tidy and orderlycondition, and in conformity with the ApplicableLaws, Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice.Request Authority to identify the disposal site beforebid submission.98 DCA Page 86, Clause 37.3.1Upon Termination on account of a ConcessionaireDefault during the Operation Period, the Authorityshall pay to the Concessionaire, by way ofTermination Payment, an amount equal to 90%(ninety per cent) of the Debt Due less InsuranceCover, provided that if any insurance claims formingpart of the Insurance Cover are not admitted and paid,then 80% (eighty per cent) of such unpaid claims shallbe included in the computation of Debt Due.
