AIR CANADA WEB SALES REPORT TOOL – LOG IN AND RESET PASSWORDACCESSING THE WEB REPORT TOOLVisit www.aircanada.com/agents and click on the Web Sales Report Tool link.LOG INThe first time you login, enter the user ID and password provided by Air Canada. Your user ID is your HO(for head office) or BR (for branch) followed by your 7-digit IATA number.The system will ask you for a new password. The password must be at least 8 characters and must containat least one capital letter and one number, e.g. Testing1January 2013. Information is subject to change.1

You will be required to login again, using your new password.Click on ‘Log in’, and access is granted.If a wrong password is entered, the system will display a message:The password you entered is invalid, please re-enter your correct password.January 2013. Information is subject to change.2

In order to avoid locking your account, after two unsuccessful login attempts, click on ‘Forgot Password?’This will automatically generate an email with your password. The email will be sent to the emailaddress on record for the account.After three attempts with an incorrect password, the account will be locked and the following message willdisplay:To unlock your Account please send an email to agencyweb@aircanada.ca with the subject lineWEB SALES REPORTING PASSWORD RESET. Requests received outside of normal business hours(Monday-Friday, 9h00 - 17h00 EST) will be reviewed the next available business day.
