� The post scheduling adjustment schedule message must be drawn up for the previous day (yesterday)
� There must be no values > 0 in any time series outside the control area (external time series)
� Once schedule operation is up and running, values > 0 will be available from upstream processes for time
series outside control areas. However, they may no longer be changed in the post scheduling adjustment
process. Since there are no prior schedule data in this test scenario, the time series outside the control
area cannot contain values > 0
