Williams, born in January 1844 in Fayette County, died after 1900. Hemarried Amanda Lucinda Arnold on September 17, 1873, in Raleigh County. James F.Webb performed the marriage ceremony. Amanda was born on November 13, 1856, inRaleigh County.
