Myrtle married WyattPorter Hurt who was born February 11, 1890, at Prosperity, Raleigh County. Porter diedMay 4, 1969, at Mount Hope, Fayette County. They were married October 6, 1909, atCranberry, Raleigh County. Porter was the son of William Jordan Hurt and Martha J.“Mattie” (Evans) Hurt.- Gertrude "Gertie" Williams, born February 9, 1892, at Powellton, FayetteCounty. She died July 4, 1965, at Prosperity, Raleigh County. Gertrude was marriedfirst on May 24, 1911, to John A. Hurt. John was born July 25, 1891, in RaleighCounty. He died on August 11, 1920.
