In the interests of sustainable aims of central and Local Government
Planning Policies and to comply with Policy T1 of the Stroud District
Local Plan Revised Deposit Version (as amended June 2001).
21. No beneficial use of the stadium hereby authorised shall commence until
provision has been made within the site for parking, turning and loading
and unloading of coaches /goods vehicles in accordance with the
submitted details and thereafter maintained for the duration of the use.
Reason:
In the interests of highway safety.
22. No works shall commence on the stadium site until details of a Travel
Plan have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Head of
Development Services in consultation with the Highway Authority. The
travel plan details so approved shall be implemented in full prior to
beneficial use of the development hereby authorised commencing.
Reason:
To ensure that the development is served by an adequate travel plan in
line with the sustainable aims of central and local Government.
23. No works shall commence on the stadium site until such time a Traffic
Calming scheme for Nympsfield Road generally in accordance with the
submitted drawings has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the
Head of Development Services, in consultation with the Highway
Authority and the scheme so approved implemented in full prior to
beneficial use of the development hereby authorised commencing.

In the interests of Highway safety.
24. No works shall commence on site until either (a) full engineering details
for the roundabout located at the junction between Nympsfield Road and
the upper Nortonwood Road, have been submitted to and agreed in
writing by the Head of Development Services, in consultation with the
Highway Authority or, (b) a construction traffic management plan,
including temporary construction access proposals has been submitted to
and agreed in writing by the Head of Development Services. The
scheme (a) so approved shall be implemented in full prior to the bringing
into use of the Stadium in full in accordance with the agreed details to be
submitted under (a) above.

In the interests of Highway Safety.
25. No site development shall commence on the stadium until details of a
pedestrian link has been provided between the site and the existing
footway to the south of Nympsfield Road (school side, and within the
capabilities of the applicant to provide) with full details submitted to and
approved by the Head of Development Services following consultation
with the Local Highway Authority and no beneficial use of the
development hereby authorised shall commence until the scheme as
approved is fully operational.
Reason:
55
