It is a duplicate of application S.04/0952 Site and Proposal The site is located towards the end of Fromehall Lane, within the designated Conservation Area. The main house is a bungalow with dormer windows in the roof and finished in reconstituted stone. Approximately 30 metres to the east of the site a new building has been constructed, similar in scale and appearance to the main dwelling. There are a couple of small outbuildings to the south of the main house. The property sits on a flat area with the land to the south rising rapidly and falling to the north. The site is accessed via a very narrow, poorly surfaced road with a steep access and poor visibility onto the main road. 33
