the application, the Council has given special regard to the desirability of
preserving the building or its setting or any features of special
architectural or historic interest it possesses. Where relevant, reference
is made to Government policy set out in PPG 15 "Planning and the
Historic Environment."
The proposed extension meets the requirements of paragraph C.7 that
requires that extensions should not dominate the parent building. No
harm is caused to the plan form and internal features as required by
paragraph C.58.
Object: Close to Seynckley house and the designs of the proposed extension would be
detrimental to the site.
