Consent
1. The works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five
years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To comply with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2. Prior to the commencement of any works for which consent is hereby
given, large scale plans shall be submitted to and approved in writing by
the Head of Development Services showing details of the design,
construction, materials, surface finish and method of glazing of all
proposed windows and external doors. The details shall include any
stone surrounds and mullions etc to windows and doors.. The works
shall then only be carried out strictly in accordance with those approved
details.
Reason:
To ensure the preservation of the character and appearance of the listed
building.
