TERMS & CONDITIONS • Standard <strong>Schlage</strong> Product Terms and Conditions<strong>Commercial</strong>The following specific product terms and conditions are applicable only to the extent provided herein. All other terms and conditionscontained in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service provided in this <strong>Price</strong> <strong>Book</strong> will govern the sale of productsidentified in this <strong>Price</strong> <strong>Book</strong>.This price list supersedes and cancels all previous price lists. <strong>Price</strong>s shown are subject to change without notice.All prices may be subject to discount. Products considered “Specials” (“X” designated part numbers) fall outside ofstandard discount terms. Contact Customer Care for clarification.Minimum Order Size for Channel Discount:All orders less than $500.00 list shall be discounted at book net.Claims and Returns:Claims and Returns:Due to <strong>Schlage</strong> error:• Claims for shortages and/or incorrectly filled orders must be filed withCustomer Service within 30-days of receipt of material.• <strong>Inc</strong>orrect order acknowledgments must be changed by emailing request toCustomer Care territory email box upon receipt of acknowledgment.Refer to inside cover of this book.• Invoice adjustments must be faxed to Credit Adjustments @ (317) 810-3048within 30-days of receipt of invoice.• Returned goods will not be accepted without prior written approval from<strong>Schlage</strong>. Credit will be based upon the Return Material Authorization (RMA)issued by Customer Service or the Ingersoll Rand Security & SafetyConsultant and final acceptance by <strong>Schlage</strong>. Returns must be prominentlymarked with the RMA number and follow return guidelines on the RMAform. Return freight cost is prepaid by the customer and reimbursed at UPSground rate.• Product considered being defective after review by the Ingersoll RandSecurity & Safety Consultant must be returned to the <strong>Schlage</strong> Lock Companyfacility in Security, Colorado accompanied by an RMA. Replacement ordersfor defective product will be entered by Customer Service at the time ofnotification.Due to Customer error:• It is the policy of the <strong>Schlage</strong> Lock Companyto not accept returns of any materials that arecorrectly furnished as per the dealer’s purchaseorder.• Return of product due to customer order erroror accommodation must be pre-arranged withthe Ingersoll Rand Security & SafetyConsultant and approved by Business UnitManager.• Returns are subject to a minimum restockingcharge of 35% for unopened cases.• Materials are not returnable.• Product must be received in original factorycondition and certified as such by <strong>Schlage</strong>Receiving.• No return freight charges will be credited.Under no circumstances is <strong>Schlage</strong> liable for incidental or consequential damages.
