The monitor is housedin an attractive case, with convenient front controls andrecessed handle. It can be used as a desktop unit, or canbe rack-mounted with a design-matched, easy toassemble rack-mount kit.Ease of Installation and OperationThe monitor needs only to be connected to the mainssupply, and have a standard color video signal appliedto the input connector for a color image to be produced.In addition to the power on/off switch and LEDindicator, there is a range of controls that allowcolor picture optimization.Range of ApplicationThe monitor features an auto-detect function, whichidentifies PAL or NTSC input signals, and automaticallyswitches mode accordingly. The monitor accepts eithertwo composite video inputs via BNC connectors, or oneY/C input via a 4-pole connector on the rear panel. BNCoutput connectors allow loop-through connection to asecond monitor or video recorder. The impedance isautomatically set to 75Ω by the input signal.For the two CVBS video inputs, a selection switchallows display of video A or B input signal. Anadditional switch enables selection of CVBS orY/C input.Sharp, stable pictures and an enhanced display tubemake the LTC 2814/90 monitor the professionals’choice.Enhancement of picture quality is provided by frontpanel controls for sharpness, contrast, brightness, color,and tint (NTSC).Audio connectors are provided at the rear forapplications where audio can be used, with a volumecontrol for adjustment to the appropriate audio level.Security you can rely on
