<strong>MPA</strong>17Compulsory drug testingHackney is a pilot site for a compulsory testing scheme wherebypeople arrested for certain trigger offences are tested for heroin orcocaine/crack use. Trigger offences include robbery, burglary, cartheft, other theft and drugs offences.
