Air: Durban Airport is situated approximately 20 km from the hotels.All Teams will be met from Durban Airport or Pietermaritzburg Airport from Friday 14 April– Sunday 16 April, free of charge, provided that advance notification of arrival times issent to Nicky Gild by 15 March. Players not staying in official accommodation will betransferred provided that they are staying in Durban beachfront area / centralPietermaritzburg.Players staying outside of the above areas are required to make their own travelarrangements – adequate taxis are available at approximately R150 from Durban Airport.Cars can be hired through Edusport from approx. R210 per day.
There will be a charge of SA R150 per trip for accompanying persons wishing to useofficial transportation to and from the airports. There will be a charge of approx. SA R50per trip for accompanying persons to the venues each day.Please complete and return the attached Arrival Form to Nicky Gild of Edusport Travelby Wednesday 15 March.If required, team members will be returned to Durban Airport / Pietermaritzburg Airport fora period of 48 hours following the conclusion of the event. The registration desk at every official hotel will be open on Sunday 16 April from 9.00 am –3.30 pm. Captains must register their teams during this period. All teams are requested to wear theirofficial team clothing.Monday 17 April at 9.30am (to be confirmed by the ITFRepresentative on site)ITF Seniors WorldAfter the end of play on Wednesday 19 April, TeamChampionships Seeding Captains will be asked to attend a meeting with the ITFMeeting: Representative to discuss the Men’s and Women’s 35,40, 45, 50 and 55 seeding for the ITF Seniors WorldIndividual Championships. Arrangements to beconfirmed on site.Final:Prize-Giving Ceremony:Saturday 22 April at 10.00 am (to be confirmed by theITF Representative on site)Saturday 22 April, immediately following completion ofthe final. Welcome Cocktail PartySunday 16 April 2006 at 5.30 pm, after Opening Ceremony.Official DinnerThursday 20 April at 7.00 pm at the Sun Coast Casino, free of charge to all teammembers.
