Guidelines for RegistrationIn order to register for ¨the matchmaking event companies have to complete the registration form.The registration form is necessary in order to be included in the actual matchmaking processrunning prior to as well as during the event.How to complete the company profileThe company profile has to be completed in English online in the registration system either by thecompany itself or by the responsible partner.The registration form has three pages. Please notice that you have to fill out one page at a time insequenced order.The company profile is divided into the following:Name of the company: Fill in data.Name of participants: If two people from the same company are participating, you will have tochoose if they want separate meetings. I.e. instead of 2 people meeting 1 company, they can splitup and meet one company each.Company information: In this section you can provide important information about your companyand, in your own words, describe products, services and activities. Remember to fill in the activitycode(s) which corresponds to the activities of the company.Cooperation proposal: In this section you have to mark the areas, in which you offer and requestco-operation. In order to make a successful and accurate matchmaking please list the activitycode(s) for each of the sections you mark.Contact Wishes: In this section you have to describe in your own words, what kind of cooperationyou are looking for. The summary will be used as a teaser in the printed catalogue and could forinstance be: A Danish producer of organic vegetables is looking for tradeintermediaries in China. Inthe specification you should provide a more detailed version of your proposal. Please be advisedthat the first 200 characters of the specification will be shown in the online catalogue - It istherefore recommended that you start out with the text from the summary. You also need tochoose the geographic areas you are interested in as well as your requirements for a potentialpartner. In the bottom of this section, you have the opportunity to request meetings with the alreadyregistered companies.After pressing “Check my profile”, you and the responsible partner will receive an e-mail whichconfirms the submission of the profile and explains the payment procedure. This confirmation e-mail also contains the company profile as you have submitted it.Your company profile will be activated and published in the online catalogue as soon as we get aconfirmation of your details from your national partner.How to book meetings with other participantsAfter submitting your profile, please visit the online catalogue on a regular basis in order to see ifthere are new registered companies, you would like to meet.

In the online catalogue you will find a list of the registered companies. You can narrow down thenumber of shown companies under the action pane “search companies”.In the final section “Wishes” please fill in your contact details and select the companies, you areinterested in.The matchmaking will be based on the company profiles and requests received with the onlineregistration. In the online catalogue you will have the opportunity to view profiles of otherparticipants. If you find any profiles of interest you are able to book meetings online.Please note that other companies might request meetings with you as well, so you should leaveroom for this in your schedule.Requests for matchmaking sessions close one week before the event. We will do our utmost toaccommodate your wishes and requests regarding the matchmaking sessions. Each matchmakingsession will last 30 minutes.You will receive an updated version of your scheduled meetings at the registration desk.
