年 度 報 告 2010-11 Annual Report 51持 續 訓 練 巡 查 人 員CONTINUOUS TRAINING FOR INSPECTING STAFF為 確 保 巡 查 人 員 的 專 業 知 識 和 能 力 與 時 並進 , 本 部 安 排 人 員 接 受 各 項 飛 行 運 作 及 適 航事 宜 的 訓 練 , 包 括 個 別 飛 機 型 號 、 飛 行 模 擬 器評 審 、 審 查 技 巧 , 以 至 安 全 管 理 訓 練 。 此 外 ,他 們 亦 參 與 國 際 和 地 區 會 議 、 研 討 會 及 工 作組 會 議 , 與 國 際 專 家 交 流 , 切 磋 經 驗 及 良 好實 務 。 這 些 國 際 會 議 包 括 國 際 民 航 組 織 有 關基 於 性 能 導 航 的 會 議 / 研 討 會 , 空 中 巴 士 、 波音 、ARJ21 型 飛 機 的 合 格 審 定 及 維 修 審 查 委 員會 工 作 組 會 議 , 飛 行 記 錄 器 及 數 據 與 廣 播 式 自動 相 關 監 察 系 統 和 意 外 調 查 研 討 會 等 。To maintain the technical knowledge and competence of officers in pace with thelatest aviation development, the Division arranged a wide spectrum of trainingfor the officers on flight operations and airworthiness matters. These includedtraining on specific aircraft types, simulator evaluation, auditing techniques aswell as on safety management. In addition, officers participated in internationaland regional conferences, seminars and working group meetings to exchangeand share experiences and best practices with the international experts. Theseinternational events included the ICAO conference/seminar on PerformanceBased Navigation; the Airbus, Boeing and ARJ 21 working group meetings onCertification and Maintenance Review Board; the Flight Recorder & Data andAutomatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast; and accident investigation seminar.本 部 人 員 進 行 直 升 機 檢 查 。An FSAD officer conductshelicopter inspection.年 內 , 飛 行 標 準 組 巡 查 人 員 執 行 了98 次 飛 行 檢 查 。During the year, inspectorate staffof the Flight Standards Officeconducted 98 flight operationsinspections.
