LINEAR SYSTEM LRLINEAR SYSTEM LRThe profile system LR is based ondouble-row angular contact bearingsmade of bearing steel andhardened and ground precisionshafts Ø 12 mm / Cf 53. Any requiredstroke length can be implemented.The slides are equipped with double-row roller bearingswith gothic arch outer grooves. For very high loads multiplebearings are attached with steel-T-Slot bars directly to the slideplategiving the construction great rigidity. No special bearing profilesare required for the assembly. The clearance between bearings and shaftscan be adjusted by eccentric bushings.The slides are completely covered, lubrication felts are fitted inthe endcaps which clean and grease the shafts. For maintenancepurposes the felts can be exchanged quickly and easilywithout tools. This advantage is important for applications inrough working conditionsBoth closed and open-frame slides with anydesired length or width can be fabricated.X/Y-tables are easily constructed by the attachment of4 bearings on to the top of the slide.
