That is certainly true at Brown Elementary. Last monthBrown Families donated enough food items to fill 40 boxes that we sent toHendricks County Good Cheer. Additionally, the Brown staff and our 3 rd gradefamilies are working together to provide Christmas assistance for multiplefamilies. Finally, we’ll be hosting a pajama day and snack sale next week to raisemoney for Good Cheer, which, while the food contributions are up, is down onfinancial contributions this year. Watching our students get excited about doingsomething good for others in need and understanding the gift of giving, is trulyamazing. We are so fortunate that we get multiple opportunities to do that atBrown Elementary! Thank you for your help from home to help us make thishappen. It’s hard to believe, but in two weeks we’ll be gearing up for Christmas Vacationand will be at the halfway point in our school year. The time goes so fast, but thatseems particularly true when you spend it with those who are also growing sofast! We are very proud of the accomplishments of our staff and students. Mayyou get a restful and festive holiday season.
