CHAPTER 2 – ENTER / EDIT PATIENT DATA1. Enter/Edit <strong>Patient</strong> DataIt is the clinician’s responsibility to maintain the accuracy of the information contained onthe <strong>Patient</strong> Data screens by updating them every 24 hours.
