Opitz Solar (www.opitz-solar.com) compact components are made to include renewable energy sources, photovoltaic
solar panels and solar-thermal collectors, power ports and much more besides. Timber and solar systems create a synergy

and trimming centre in its factory in Neuruppin / Brandenburg. All
of the available bonding and trimming programmes along with the
optimal configurations of the latest machines guarantee inexpensive,
precise processing, fast completion times and a staggered delivery
schedule to fit your project. Nationwide assembly service, delivery of
entire roof systems, including roof coverings, and the handling of complete
roof extensions.

Create more living space! Extending upwards with OPITZ means extending
at a fixed price in a very short time. Your individually planned
roof will be manufactured complete in the factory in Neuruppin /
Brandenburg and assembled in no more than four to five days.
OPITZ roof extensions can be made for any family home, apartment
houses, residential complexes and commercial properties.
A further OPITZ specialty is the systematic conversion of flat roofs: the
construction of a new pitched roof creates space between the existing
ceiling and the new roof area. Whether or not this space is meant
to be usable, the new roof is watertight forever. All rain or melting
snow is immediately channelled to the gutters and cannot cause any
damage to the fabric of the building. .

bonding method in timber engineering.
Economical, prefabricated nailplate constructions in almost any
shape and size are manufactured by OPITZ at top modern production
sites. The OPITZ factory is one of the most modern production facilities
for industrial timber construction in Europe. This“EnergiePlus”plant produces
much more energy than it uses itself. Through constant outside
monitoring absolute top-quality products are guaranteed.
OPITZ supplies the entire construction industry as well as private clients:
nailplate constructions, from roof trusses for family homes and apartment
houses to more complex roof configurations as well as frame constructions,
formwork supports, wall elements and joists. The structures
can span 35 metres without any intermediate support.

insulated according to customer specifications, with or without roof
covering, and inclusive of the preparatory work for roof drainage. You
determine the finish and the degree of prefabrication.

Posi-Joist – these ceiling elements have just become market-ready.
They offer many advantages, particularly for energy-optimized building
projects.
The new system makes it possible for the entire utility supply complex
in the building to be moved to the ceilings. This saves a lot of
time, space and costs in new builds, renovations and extensions. Since
the elements are fully insulated they fulfil the highest fire protection

When it comes to turbine, bridge and tunnel construction, universal
formwork systems are not precise enough and are far too expensive
to assemble. It is in this area in particular that falsework using
industrially prefabricated nailplate components have their advantages:
they are manufactured with total precision in next to no time
thanks to computer calculations and industrial prefabrication. The assembly
times are much shorter as a result. In addition formwork with
nailplate constructions are cost-effective, save on materials and can
even be reused several times.
