The above items maybe inspected at the aforesaid warehouses during office hours.2. Current mayor’s permit3. Barangay Certification as to the existence of the business involving the use of emptysacks.4. The offerors shall be required to post a bid security equivalent to ten percent (10%) ofthe total amount based on the bidder’s price offer. It shall be in the form of cash,Manager’s check or Cashier’s check payable to NFA.5. The Bidder’s price offer shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be openedduring the bidding proper in the presence of the offerors and the members of thedisposition committee.6. In the absence of the registered bidder, a representative maybe authorized to transactbusiness for the particular bidding provided he/she must present a Special Power ofAttorney (SPA) in case of single proprietorship or a board resolution if representing acorporation/cooperative/partnership.7. A non-refundable/non-transferable bidding fee of Php1,000.00 (One Thousand Pesos)shall be paid by the bidder not later than 12:00 PM, May 24, 2013.8. The pre bidding conference and the bidding proper will be conducted at the NFAAlbay Provincial Office, located at Pier Site, City of Legazpi on the followingschedules:

For the winning bidder, a Notice of Award shall be issued by the NFA signed by theRegional Director.10. Payment for the whole lot shall be made within five (5) working days from the receiptof the Notice of Award either in the form of Cash/Manager’s or Cashier’s check.11. Failure to pay within the specified period shall mean forfeiture of the bidder’s bidsecurity in favor of the NFA. However, if payment is made within the specifiedperiod, bidder’s bid security shall automatically be considered as performance bondfor the faithful performance of awardee’s obligation in the withdrawal of the awardeditem.12.
