3. The candidates may download their call letters from the link given in our websitewww.cochinshipyard.com from 18 June 2013. The candidates should bring the printout of theCall letter for the Practical test/ Personal Interview, failing which they will not bepermitted to attend the Practical test/ Personal Interview. The candidates may go through thegeneral instructions printed at the back of the call letter.4. Please ensure that you fulfil all the prescribed requirements viz. age, qualification, experienceetc, as advertised and produce all certificates and mark sheets in original for proof of yourage, qualification and experience for verification. You are also requested to bringphotocopies of certificates and mark sheets for our record. In case of failure to produce theoriginal certificates, you will not be permitted to attend the Practical Test/ PersonalInterview and the candidature will be rejected. If at any stage, it is found that any informationfurnished is false / incorrect or the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, thecandidature is liable to be cancelled / rejected.5. In case you are presently employed in a Government department/Public Sector Undertaking, youshould bring a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from your present employer, failing which youshall not be permitted to appear for the Practical Test/ Personal Interview.6. If you belong to SC or ST or OBC (Non Creamy Layer), you should produce a valid communitycertificate issued by the Revenue Authority not below the rank of the Thahsildar, failing whichyour candidature will not be considered against the reserved posts.7. The candidates should bring with them SAFETY SHOES and TIGHT FITTING COTTONWORKING DRESS for attending the Practical Test.8. SC/ST/PWD candidates appearing for the Practical Test/ Interview will be reimbursed single to& fro second-class rail or bus fare as admissible for the post, as per company rules by theshortest route from the mailing address mentioned in their application form, on production ofproof of travel, subject to clause 5 above.9. No correspondence regarding the rejection of application in case of ineligibility of candidateswill be entertained.10.
