To eliminate this influence,screw refilling can be controlled byan additionally integrated fill-level sensor,which communicates with a refill hopper.We offer feeding systems with integratedfill-level independent self-regulation!Your advantage: Investment cost for additionalsensors and refill-systems are obsolete!The device regulates itself, and thevibrating speed remains constant.PositioningBy using various sorting elements (socalled deflectors), the material for sortingis moved into position and subsequentlyprocessed. ACCESSOIRESDistributor with hose nozzles forpre-separation of the screwDistributor with standard hose nozzlesDistributorIf more than two positions (i.e. screwdriverspindles) have to be supplied out of onefeeder, then so called pre-separation hosenozzles can be used. These distributorscan supply 2, 3, 4, 5 or even 6 channels.To increase the feed rate the distributorscan be operated by pre-separators (version“V“). With such a system, the feedparts separator can be operated parallelto the processing time. The feeding ofthe hardware will be done simultaneouslyfor all channels. This type of feed systemis also used when feeding has to be doneagainst gravity (i.e. underfloor assembly).Screw SeparatorThe screws exit the feed bowl in a wellordered line ready to be separated at theend of a retaining rail. ACCESSOIRESControlThe standard version (version “0”) of ourfeed system does not include pneumaticvalves or a sequence controller. Thevibratory feeder bowl includes the integratedcontrol unit. The necessary pneumatics,as well as sequence controller arethe essential components of a completeassembly unit. If components are ordered,the corresponding pneumatic and functiondiagrams are made available.To keep design costs to a minimum andto simplify installation, all devices can besupplied with pneumatic valves. There iswiring up to the terminal block (version“P”). Again, if components are deliveredwe will provide an terminal plan.The version “P” includes all necessaryvalves for the operation of the screwfeedingmachine.The third available version with the designation“EP” offers screwfeeding machineswith 1 to 4 outlets, and includes pneumaticand electronic sequence control. Tofeed the next screw, only a 24 V signal isnecessary. This means the customer canuse a smaller PLC and no programmingis necessary for the screw feeding.
