The original signed proposal with Emerald IsleLandscaping to repair the sod damage, due to the RTD accident, was $1,139.00, however, this work wasmiscalculated and the actually contract price is $608.00. Dale Lavene submitted our Auditor, MicheleGiometti’s proposal of $2,300.00, plus out of pocket costs, for the December 31, 2011 audit and taxreturn preparation. Linda moved to accept the proposal from Michele Giometti. Pat seconded, and itpassed.Dale Lavene presented the EVP, Inc. proposal of $900.00 to make the necessary fence repairs around thepool area.
