3 Refrigerant Management Recognising Refrigerant cylinder colour codes Refrigerant cylinders or drums are often colour coded. The colour code is normally a voluntary precaution followed by refrigerant suppliers. However, it should be noted that different colour codes are used in various parts of the world.
