Function Name:MAC Table MaintenanceFunction Description:This function can allow the user to set up the processing mechanism of MACTable. An idle MAC address exceeding MAC Address Age-out Time will beremoved from the MAC Table. The range of Age-out Time is 10-65535seconds, and the setup of this time will have no effect on static MACaddresses.Parameter description:Aging Time:Flush:Delete a MAC address idling for a period of time from the MAC Table,which will not affect static MAC address. Range of MAC Address AgingTime is 10-65535 seconds. The default Aging Time is 300 seconds.Remove all entries that do not belong to the static Mac Entry from theMAC Table.Fig. 3-3994

Static Forward table associated with aspecified port of a switch is set up by manually inputting MAC address and itsalias name.When a MAC address is assigned to a specific port, all of the switch’s trafficssent to this MAC address will be forwarded to this port.For adding a MAC address entry in the allowed table, you just need to fill infour parameters: MAC address, associated port, VID and Alias.
