Town of Innisfil Official PlanCOOKSTOWN SECONDARY PLAN11.11.2 Due to the limited capacity of the sanitary sewer facility, new development will begoverned by the policies of this Plan in regard to the extension and distribution of thesystem. Council will closely monitor the availability of the service to ensure thatdevelopment does not exceed the capacity of the facility.11.11.3 The water supply system in the Village is not sufficient to serve lands designated onSchedule B2 for urban uses.
