After disaster the team has to report the nearest Administrative centre<strong>and</strong> seek Govt help <strong>and</strong> assistance <strong>for</strong> relief <strong>and</strong> restoration works.2. During flood survey this team will assist the surveying team <strong>and</strong> gavereal fact <strong>and</strong> figure of damages made by any natural calamities.3. The Team should required to draw the list of flood affected people aswell as the list of lost <strong>and</strong> damaged private <strong>and</strong> public property duringdisaster.Since, the village disaster management plan (VDMP) is a continuousprocess the plan will be revised every six month i.e. June & Decembermonths of the year to keep the same update by making necessary deletion<strong>and</strong> addition of the datas, in<strong>for</strong>mation etc of the village.Further, a village contingency fund or village emergency fund will becreated <strong>for</strong> disaster management activities. Each household in the village willbe requested to contribute resource, a very nominal amount in cash or kind asper the af<strong>for</strong>ding capacity of the villagers. In the VDMP revision meeting theVDMC will decide how to use the collected fund as per the need <strong>and</strong>developmental plan of the village.Sl.
