During flood survey this team will assist the surveying team and gavereal fact and figure of damages made by any natural calamities.3. The Team should required to draw the list of flood affected people aswell as the list of lost and damaged private and public property duringdisaster.Since, the village disaster management plan (VDMP) is a continuousprocess the plan will be revised every six month i.e. June & Decembermonths of the year to keep the same update by making necessary deletionand addition of the datas, information etc of the village.Further, a village contingency fund or village emergency fund will becreated for disaster management activities. Each household in the village willbe requested to contribute resource, a very nominal amount in cash or kind asper the affording capacity of the villagers.
