At this juncture a proposal was forwarded tothe Government suggesting placing of Agril. tractors to Pvt. bodies on lease/contract system which was under process of active consideration by theGovernment and suggested us to identify willing Progressive farmers or anylocal Pvt. bodies so that on road tractors can be allotted on contract basis at afixed amount ranging from Rs. 45,000/- to 50,000/- per annum where salary oftractor operators shall be borne by the Government and as per laid downterms and conditions of the Government. Hence the PRI bodies may alsomake publicity about the said proposal so that interested persons if any canavail such benefit which will help them to boost up their level of income to aconsiderable extent.If the above proposals are properly attended by the respective GBs/ PRIbodies success of the Government Programmes/ schemes can be achievedwithout any hindrances or local problems.Hence all concerned PRI bodies are sincerely requested to make note ofthe proposals and liaise with field Officers so that we can implement allGovernment Schemes successfully.
