No employee has the authority to violate any law or to direct anotheremployee to violate any law on behalf of TCL Group.Each employee must comply with this Code and sign the appropriate acknowledgement form.Employees should direct any related questions to his or her immediate supervisor, a HumanResource representative, Head of Department or the Company Secretary. If an employeebecomes aware that another employee has violated this Code or any applicable laws, rules orregulations, he or she must report the violation in accordance with procedures set forth below.TCL Group prohibits retaliation against an employee who, in good faith, reports a possibleviolation.
