No employee has the authority to violate any law or to direct anotheremployee to violate any law on behalf <strong>of</strong> <strong>TCL</strong> Group.Each employee must comply with this <strong>Code</strong> <strong>and</strong> sign the appropriate acknowledgement form.Employees should direct any related questions to his or her immediate supervisor, a HumanResource representative, Head <strong>of</strong> Department or the Company Secretary. If an employeebecomes aware that another employee has violated this <strong>Code</strong> or any applicable laws, rules orregulations, he or she must report the violation in accordance with procedures set forth below.<strong>TCL</strong> Group prohibits retaliation against an employee who, in good faith, reports a possibleviolation.
