Such disclosure to any outside person or group canonly be made after the information has been released to the public by an authorized representativeof the Group. Disclosure of any inside information to any other employee should only bedone on a need to know basis.All employees must also respect the confidential nature of any similar information concerningorganizations with which the TCL Group has business dealings as a supplier, customer orcompetitor.
