Refrigeration System Start-upThe compressor starts 2.9 minutes (175 seconds)after the water fill valve and hot gas valve areenergized. (The water fill valve and hot gas valveremain energized for 5 seconds during compressorstart-up, and then shut off.) The compressor remainson throughout the entire freeze and harvest cycles.FREEZE SEQUENCE3. Freeze CycleThe condenser fan motor and water pump areenergized and remain on throughout the entire freezecycle.
