Step 7 Mix a solution of cleaner and warm water.Depending on the amount of mineral buildup, a largerquantity of solution may be required. Soak theparts for 5 minutes (15 – 20 minutes for heavily scaledparts). Rinse all components with clean water.Step 9 While components are soaking, use half of thecleaner/water solution to clean all foodzone surfacesof the ice machine and bin. Use a nylon brush or clothto thoroughly clean the following ice machine areas:• Evaporator plastic parts – including top, bottomand sides• Bin bottom, sides and topRinse all areas thoroughly with clean water.Step 10 Mix a solution of sanitizer and warm water.SolutionTypeWaterSanitizer 23 L.
