Step 7 Mix a solution of cleaner and warm water.Depending on the amount of mineral buildup, a largerquantity of solution may be required. Soak theparts for 5 minutes (15 – 20 minutes for heavily scaledparts). Rinse all components with clean water.Step 9 While components are soaking, use ½ of thecleaner/water solution to clean all foodzone surfacesof the ice machine and bin.
