Step 1 Set the toggle switch to the OFF position afterice falls from the evaporator at the end of a Harvestcycle. Or, set the switch to the OFF position and allowthe ice to melt off the evaporator.! CautionNever use a nything to force ice fro m theevaporator. Damage may result.Step 2 Remove all ice from the bin.Step 3 To start a cleaning cycle, move the toggleswitch to the WASH position.Step 4 Add the proper amount of Manitowoc IceMachine Cleaner to the water trough.ModelAmount of CleanerQM451.5 ounce (45 ml)Q1301 ounce (30 ml)Q1702 ounces (60 ml)Q2102 ounces (60 ml)Q2702 ounces (60 ml)Step 5 Wait until the clean cycle is complete(approximately 22 minutes) then place the toggleswitch in the OFF position, disconnect power andwater supplies to the ice machine.!
