TAZ SeriesExtended Range – 63V COTS-PlusThe TAZ part has fully molded, compliantleadframe construction designed for use inapplications utilizing solder (Reflow, Wave orVapor Phase), conductive adhesive or thermalcompression bonding techniques. Each chip ismarked with polarity, capacitance code and ratedvoltage. The 63 volt rated parts are ideal foravionic output power supply filtering. Manysystems utilize a 28 volt bus and this new ratingsurpasses the recommended50% derating for optimized reliability in theseapplications.
