DON will alsostrategically manage our human capital to provide our military withknowledgeable and capable civilian manpower.Each of these objectives will allow us to meet our mission of being a highly effectiveand efficient force. Fiscal realities have been taken into account and refocused ourefforts to prepare for tomorrow’s challenges.
