DETAILED TENDER NOTICEYashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA)State Institute of Urban DevelopmentRaj Bhavan Complex, Baner Road, Pune 411 007TABLE IVTerms and Conditions:The Tenderer will have to submit an EMD of Rs.24,800 /- by way of Demand Draft drawn in favor of“Director General, YASHADA” payable at Pune.The successful bidder will have to pay a Security Deposit of 3 % accepted tender cost which may bepaid upfront or adjusted against EMD and deducted from the money released.The blank tender form will be sold from 1st March to 21 March 2013 between 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM(excluding holidays)The tender shall be accepted from 1st March to 21 March 2013 (3.00 pm)The tender shall be opened on 21 March 2013 at 4.00 pm, and the Tenderer may remain presentduring the opening of tenders.The rate quoted should be on per person basis (all inclusive and consolidated)The rate should be inclusive of all the above services, taxes etc. Please note that no additional taxeswill be chargeable, once the bid has been accepted.Interested parties that meet the above eligibility criteria may purchase the tender documentfrom APGDUM Cell, SIUD, between 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM on payment of Rs.300/- in cash on allthe working days between 1 March 2013 to 21 March 2013.Mode of Payment:The payment will be made as follows:1. 10 % of total cost with Work Order ,2. 60 % of total cost 25 days prior to departure date3. 20 % of total cost 7 days before date of departure date4. 10 % on successful completion of tour and return to home base5
