Service of noticeAny notice or communication required to be givenunder this agreement shall be in writing, and shall belegally effective only when it is delivered to theaddressee at the last known address in the mannerprescribed in the operating instructions.11. ArbitrationThe parties hereto shall, in respect of all disputes anddifferences that may arise between them, abide by theprovisions relating to arbitration and conciliationspecified under the Bye-Laws.12. JurisdictionThe parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusivejurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.13.
