I/We hereby declare that I am/We are regularinvestors in the stock markets in India and as such I am/We are conversant with the laws, practices, rules,regulations, guidelines, circulars, notifications etc.prescribed by Securities & Exchange Board of India(SEBI), all segment of National Stock Exchange of IndiaLtd. (NSE) and all segment of Bombay Stock ExchangeLtd. (BSE).2. I/We understand and agree that you can debitmy/our accounts either for account opening charges/adjustment of DP charges and/or for any additionalservices provided by you as per my/our request.3. I/We further declare that I am/We are aware of theillegal practices that are prevalent in the Stock Marketand I/We assure you that I/We will not indulge into thesame.4. I/We further declare that I/We will not carry out anyunfair trade practices such as Synchronized Deals,Structured Deals, Circular Trading, Insider Trading inthe Capital Market.5. I/We further declare and confirm that I/We will notplace any order or carry out any trades/ transactions onthe exchange which will reflect as an arrangement forprofit or loss transactions or cross deals. Further, all theorders placed on the exchange through you, will be inthe normal market at normal/ prevailing market pricesand only in Liquid securities/scrips and not atunrealistic prices where there is correspondingunderlying securities positions in the cash or futuressegment of the exchange. In case, any of my/ourtransactions being declared as volatile to anyrules/regulations/ bye-laws/ circulars/ directions/guidelines etc. of the exchange/ SEBI/SCRA, I/We willbe solely responsible for all penalties/ charges/damages etc. Levied from you by the exchange andaccordingly do hereby undertake to reimburse/pay thesame to you.6. I/We further declare and confirm that the shares/securities provided/ being provided to you aregenerally for the purpose of availing exposure limits/margin limits, I/We will not claim adversely or objectabout the same later on/ in future.7. I/We further declare that as on the date ofregistration as your client, I am/ We are eligible totransact in the securities market as per applicable rules,regulations, byelaws, circulars, guidelines, etc of SEBIor BSE/NSE and have not been banned/ restrained totransact in the securities market by any exchange orstatutory authorities and whatever permissions/ priorpermissions, as may be required from governmentauthority(ies) have been obtained by me/us. In case ofany further action taken by the said relevant authorities,i shall intimate the same to you.8. I/ We declare and confirm upfront that the securitiesdelivered, if any, towards margin/collaterals/pay-inobligation etc. shall absolutely be free from any lien/encumbrances of whatsoever nature.33
