Para 389 specifically appliesto classes.Entry forms may be obtained from the <strong>NRA</strong> Officesor <strong>NRA</strong> website.Target <strong>Rifle</strong>There have been some changes to the TR and F Classprogramme this year, mainly to the scheduling ofevents on Second Thursday with the aim of improvingopportunities to compete in the post-Grand Aggregateevents.A new trophy, presented by the Jersey <strong>Rifle</strong> <strong>Association</strong>to commemorate their 150th Anniversary, will beawarded for the highest score in the Third Stage ofHM The Queen’s Prize. Many thanks to the Jersey<strong>Rifle</strong> <strong>Association</strong> for this generous gesture.The Chairman’s Prize has its own Final on SecondFriday open to the top 50 in each of class T and Oin the Grand Aggregate. Unfortunately, many whocould have shot in this Final last year, did not do so.If you are Class O or T please remember to checkon Second Thursday afternoon whether or not youhave qualified. The start time for this Final has beenchanged to 10:15 to allow competitors more time tocollect their squadding cards.There are small changes to other timings so pleasecheck the Daily Programme in the Bisley Bible or theDaily Detail sheets during the Meeting.F ClassAs described in the F Class report in the ShootingDiscipline section, the target sizes for short range willbe reduced to half minute V bulls with more regularouter rings.F Class scoring will be scoring a V as a V and not as6. HPS crosses will be issued for every competitorscoring a 75, 100 or 105 irrespective of the V bull count.It will again be possible to enter the MR Meeting in FClass, shooting alongside the Hopton competitions formedals (Prize List D) only. Accordingly the appropriatebox on the entry form should be completed.An FTR Class International Match has been addedalongside the F Class International Match on SecondFriday. The start time for both matches has beenbrought forward to 08:00.SchoolsThe Schools Meeting Entry Form and Instructionswill be sent out to schools before Easter. The entryfees, which have not changed for the last two years,have been increased this year by an average of 5% inaccordance with the instructions of the <strong>NRA</strong> Trustees.The shooting programme for the Schools Meetingremains unchanged from 2010. It is expected that boththe Schools Meeting and the Inter-Service Cadet <strong>Rifle</strong>Meeting will again be shot using the Lynx back sight.Schools VeteransThe Schools Veterans teams match will be shot at 500yards commencing at 17:15 on Thursday 14 July. TheAshburton 500 yards is now fired from 13:15 to 14:50,giving Old Boys time to visit their old School team inthe final stages, whilst still allowing time for practicebetween 16:00 and 16:45 for the Schools Veteransmatch.We have made some changes this year. Participantswill remember the requirement to supply the namesand addresses of team members on the back of thecard. We aim to streamline the administration whilststill fulfilling the legal requirements. To permit full8
